We provide a systemic approach to managing cost throughout the life cycle of any enterprise, program, facility or project. This is accomplished through the application of cost engineering and cost management principles, proven methodologies and the latest technology in support of the management process. Our cost engineers provide engineering judgement and experience in the application of scientific principles and techniques to problems of business and program planning; cost estimating; economic and financial analysis; program and project management; planning and scheduling; and cost and schedule performance measurement and change order control.

Once the scope of a project is determined, estimating predicts the quantity, cost and price of the resources critical to the success of the overall plan.  To ensure our client’s project meets its objectives, the Coordinated Construction Project Control Services team focuses on creating an integrated estimate that addresses not only the usual material, labor and equipment quantities and prices, but also assesses the risks and uncertainties for a project. Typically, the CoordCPCS Team will provide a constructability review as a part of their estimate. CoordCPCS also proves estimates for Change Orders and Damage Claims.
